Terms of Service

1. What the app is

Keep Me Safe is a planning aid. It helps you check addresses against zones you or the app have saved, plan routes, track reminders, and keep personal records. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace guidance from your supervising officer, attorney, or any court order.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Core features are free. Plus features are billed at $7.99 per month through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your settings page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the app to harass, surveil, locate, or endanger any other person.
• Do not use the app to plan or conceal any violation of law or of your supervision conditions.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, reverse engineer the service, or disrupt its operation.
• Only record conversations where you are legally permitted to do so.

5. Accuracy of map and zone data

Zone locations, distances, buffers, and routes are estimates drawn from third-party map data and from information you enter. They may be incomplete or out of date. Always verify with the authority responsible for your conditions before relying on a result.

6. Location and alerts

Location features, live tracking, and boundary alerts depend on your device, permissions, and network. We do not guarantee that an alert will be delivered, be timely, or be accurate.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the zones, notes, recordings, and attachments you add. You grant us the limited right to store and process that content solely to operate the app for you. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viper Safety and Compliance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any legal consequence arising from your reliance on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app changes. The “Last updated” date shows the most recent revision. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
